The products with our logo duly printed on their packaging cant be resold under a commercial entity, without getting the letter of authorization/permit of sales from our enterprise.
We are strictly against all types of discriminative remarks and comments, false propagandas, hate speeches, and politics in our business. We expect the same from our valuable customers and esteemed visitors of our website.
We dont interfere in user accounts, email subscriptions, and social media accounts of our valuable customers, consumers, and visitors.

Return and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is different for different products, as we procure from several manufacturers and suppliers on their terms and conditions respectively.
If the return is successful by the courier service provider from your side, the same day, your courier charges shall be refunded along with the product purchase amount, after verifying the details of product return and courier charges.
The process of product return shall be applicable only on the items that are returnable and can be explained further through email.
We are not a physical marketplace, so a physical office of business operations is not applicable on us. However, we have consolidated services from various locations in a dynamic manner.
